Pamhule Forest

Gelsådalen & Stensbæk Plantage - Gram
The plantation, which lies between Ribe and Gram, is approx. 770 ha. It is possible to enjoy the food you have brought with you in the packed lunch house. The site has 3 marked walks. Beautiful natural area which is known for its geological pearls "the dumplings". There is also a fun mountain bike trail and a nice dog park. Close to the plantation you will find Stensbæk High School, which has an attached Skov Café that can offer lunch and coffee/cake.

Restored lake with lots of beautiful nature. There are routes for mountain biking, walking routes and the opportunity to experience the wildlife around Haderslev.

Spis Sønderballe: Fruit trees and benches in the landscape

Trail in Bjerning Sogn
The trail starts at Bjerning Church, which dates back to approx. year 1200. From here you can either walk or cycle through part of the parish. The trip is approx. 5 km.

Aarø Bird Sanctuary
Unspoiled, protected nature, rare vegetation and many fascinating birds. There are restrictions from March 1 to July 15 due to the breeding season and the birds are protected.

Starup Heath

Østerskoven
Haderslev Østerskov forest is located approximately 3 km north-east of Haderslev. It is a protected forest, possible to walk on signposted routes. There is parking at the forest.

Vesterskoven
Together with Østerskov, Vesterskov forms the remnants of the much larger and partially connected medieval forests.

Vandretur ved Præstemosen
At Lindet Forest, you can take a hike around Præstemosen. The trail starts at the parking lot by Arnum Nykro and takes you on an 8 km scenic walk through the landscape.

Fole Vandrespor
At Fole friskole, close to Gram. There are two routes marked with red and green arrows on poles. The red route is 8 km and the green route is 6.2 km.
