Restrictions for 2026

01/01 - 31/12: Catching cod is prohibited!

Please note
From 1 January 2024, it has not been allowed to catch cod for recreational anglers in the Western Baltic Sea. This also applies to passengers fishing from tour boats.

It is not a closed season imposed by the Danish authorities, but rather a catch restriction set by the EU, which applies to sub-areas 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26.
